Physical Prints and Framed Artwork:

• Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

• All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, including photos of the damage.

• We will provide either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

 

Digital Artwork:

• Digital files delivered via email or download link are non-refundable.

• Any issues with downloading or file delivery will be resolved directly with the customer.

 

Procedure:

• Contact Alex Book Art via the Contact page with your order number and description of the issue.

• Do not ship any item back without prior authorization.

 

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on authorized returns.
